ST. MARY'S AMAZING GREYS is a group organized with the purpose of spiritual and social activities. Currently the group meets the second Monday of the month for noon mass followed by a potluck luncheon in the Father Fisher Hall. We try to have a speaker or a topic of discussion for our gatherings. The group was very proud of the “Advent Prayer Service” we sponsored in December. Individuals interested in information may call Jim Fielder at 428-7150.
St. Mary Parish recognizes the need to support and promote the Culture of Life among our members and into our community. Pro-Life issues include ending the assault on innocent human life involving: abortion, euthanasia, embryonic stem cell research, and human cloning, and supporting traditional marriage between one man and one woman.
THE PRO-LIFE GROUP is planning a number of important activities. The planning sessions are being held during the parish Coffee Hour in Fr Fisher Hall folowing the 10:30 am Mass (on the seond Sunday of the month). All are welcome and encouraged to attend, no matter which Mass you go to!
To get involved with this important work, email the Parish Office at [email protected] or Frank Remski at [email protected]. Be sure to read and share our parish Pro-Life newsletter articles with your family and friends.
FOR MANY PEOPLE, the parish is a place where you go to Mass on Sunday, but rarely meet with fellow parishioners as parishioners the other six days of the week. People often experience the parish as the place where you get sacraments, but you don't know others, and they don't know you. Yet parishes are supposed to be communities of faith, schools of holiness. How can they be, if that's our experience?
Parish-based small groups are intended to be a pathway to creating community within the parish. They're often called "discipleship groups," because they help form disciples, people who give their lives to Jesus through one another. They're places where groups of six to eight people meet, usually in private homes, for prayer, personal faith-sharing, study, and fellowship. Meetings may be more or less informal, and meeting times and places can vary, depending on the group.
St. Mary's is in the process of forming men's and women's groups. For more information on how to join one or start one of your own, please contact Bill Kwolek [[email protected]], Jennifer Nashif [[email protected]], or Frank Remski [[email protected]].

Many other services are also performed throughout the year, some of which include:
